Linker errors on Win32 — the `strnlen` is not available about cuda

Ah, thanks for the report. I am not a windows user so rely on user reports letting me know when things go awry.

To answer your question though, I am not sure if it is possible that the log will not be terminated properly. The size is passed as part of the CUDA call though, so if we trust that to be well behaved then using plain strlen should be fine.

I guess the best solution would to have the configure script check for the presence of strnlen, and use some other implementation if not available.
