Is there a user login/signup support?

There is not, sadly. You could put HTTP BasicAuth in front of it, though I don't have any instructions on how to do so.

I saw in the faq section, it is written "Send(1GB for non-signed in users)".

This is a left over from when this was a Mozilla project. They allowed you to authenticate with a Firefox account (FXA) for higher limits. This has since been removed however.

Also, is there a healthcheck endpoint available for web interface

There is, at /__heartbeat__. E.g.: https://send.vis.ee/__heartbeat__

Also, is there a way to get webhook notifications when someone uploads some file to a webhook URL, maybe discord?

No, there is not. You can probably implement something like this through S3 notifications, if you're using S3 to store the uploads.
