Okay, rcov gone away, but then this gem loose the coverage check... Simplecov is works like a charm as I know, and it has a rcov formatter too. Is there any reason why we do not implement coverage via simplecov?

Not really sure that there's any point in having code coverage for translation files - there's no relation between the amount of content and the amount of specs.
