Dans l'état actuel, le fichier est envoyé après que la réponse soit créée.
Pour une réponse, le texte est obligatoire donc s'il est vide, la réponse n'est pas créée et le fichier n'est pas uploadé.
A moins qu'autre chose m'ait échappé ?

J'ai l'impression que le fichier est uploadé dans le vide après avoir cliqué sur le bouton même sans texte...

A mon avis c'est un problème lié au navigateur.
Du coup je l'ai résolu avec du JS.
