I don't have this equipment, so testing is difficult. Need more information:

1. Do you use an Android phone or an Apple phone to test whether the device is not found, or you just ca n’t print it, can you take a screenshot?
2. Have you used the device's app or SDK and can connect normally? If so, please provide me a link or development kit

1. I'm using an android phone
2. Yes it will connect normally after turning on the location(i think it is not required)

Yes i also use that package but the problem is still the same

@pjjy Do you have connect this bluetooth device in your system menu？if not, you can try it first;
