I can confirm that the workaround proposed by CRImier seems to address this issue.

In GerberLibrary/Core/GerberPanel.cs line 1318 add the second conditional from line below:

if (Box2.Contains(C) || b.GerberPath.Contains("???_negative") == true)

There is a single .sln (solution) file that opens all the projects - the GerberPanelize application is then the one you want to set as startup project.

Also, the exec. version I posted was compiled, what, last year? so it might not have some fixes, i.e. oval cutouts.
