May I ask if you tried this on the latest release? Or on an older build? The beaglecape seems to be fine when merged - so possibly the combination of the boards is an issue - will look further in to it.

Ok, I tried the latest and get the same result as you (there are two wrong corners in the initial report above, one is fixed - the little one, as you say, is still bad).

BTW I was confused because the dates on this page are stale, probably eaisest to just remove them. http://blog.thisisnotrocketscience.nl/projects/pcb-panelizer/
