This might be related to these issues from Better-Sqlite3

• WiseLibs/better-sqlite3#493
• WiseLibs/better-sqlite3#542

I think maybe the node_modules is messed up due to updating it multiple times. I would suggest that it might help to completely delete soul and its node_modules (It should be inside /usr/lib/, try npm list -g) and then re-install it again.

Ah, I figured it out. I am using WSL and I have soul installed on the host too, which is what it was trying to run under WSL. Using the full path to the WSL binary worked.
