Some detail about Filters and Noise and Why we used? Filtering image data is a standard process used in almost every image processing system. Filters are used for this purpose. They remove noise from images by preserving the details of the same. The choice of filter depends on the filter behavior and type of data.
Sometimes microscope images lack contrast, they appear to be washed out but they still contain information. We can mathematically process these images and make them look good. More importantly, get them ready for segmentation. Histogram equalization is a good way to stretch the histogram and thus improve the image.

Keypoints are the same thing as points of interest. They are spatial locations, or points in the image that define what is interesting or what stand out in the image.
In this project, I used Img Processing concepts and apply some filters for enhance and increase the quality of real time image. It detect the real time image using webcam of objects and draw lines. It can't detect stable objects just detect moving things.
