Hi all,

there might be further tweaks in our new release (official date TBD) that will require changes to some parameter names in the tutorials (e.g., n_epochs is now max_epochs). The overall API will not change though, except for SCANVI. We can talk more on slack about these details.

On that note, it would probably be beneficial if you all pinned scvi-tools==0.8.1

I just pinned it to scvi-tools==0.8.1 to make sure everything works with our API now. we can discuss this further in slack.

@Cottoneyejoe95 could you please test all our notebooks with scvi-tools==0.8.1 and make a new release?
