librarian-puppet recursive dependency about puppet-foreman

Is it a looping dependency? If so, do you see where, as I don't.

We've fixed up an issue this week with librarian-puppet 0.9.10 when using git sources as a bug (rodjek/librarian-puppet#94) meant it required a version spec in Modulefile dependencies.

We've also uploaded all of the latest modules to the Puppet Forge and I've verified that both git and Forge installs using the Puppetfile succeed:

mod 'theforeman/puppet'

So hopefully this is resolved.
