The disableScroll feature is made for apps that want to disable any scrolling produced from touch events on the Swipe container. In the example you sent, the default disableScroll:false will suit your needs.

Thanks for your reply. That makes more sense. You are correct that disableScroll:false is what I want. Unless I'm not seeing it though, I wonder if you could add the option of disabling the auto horizontal scroll on touch/tap. Perhaps this is not something that others will find real useful, but in this particular instance I needed a way for the slides to stop auto scrolling.
