opengl is not finished or working, you can comment the return out and see how many things are not working anyway.

Missing: text, icons, different view-modes.
Not working: scaling (mouse coordinates) (it is SDL_scaling)
I added (draft version of) drawtext, using GLUT.

(It doesn't handle colors correctly)
Is there any idea is OpenGL any faster than SDL? Or is physics calculating always the bottle-neck?
