That warning is safe to ignore. If you want to remove it, simply set the wcs_default_race variable in config.cfg file to the race you want to be the default one.

That's only to let you know it didn't find any races. Some things won't work without races, so it disables those features until there's races loaded.

This is not a problem with WCS but GunGame, as it doesn't take into account non-standard weapons such as: Orcish Horde's Chain Lightning and Undead Scourge's Suicide Bomber.
