Look at why the Markdown pane sometimes gets cropped (aka check the parent container) about frogmouth

On further investigation this also happens with v0.20.1 of Textual too and it seems to be down to the sidebar having a min-width; any time the window is narrow enough that the sidebar hits its min-width the markdown pane seems to lose its vertical scrollbar, horizontally cropping instead.

I'll see if I can create a minimal version of this and, if appropriate, raise an issue with Textual.
