Version of libs about speech-to-text

Thanks chriotte! Glad that you solved the version conflict issue. (Maybe I should put the libs versions run my machine on the readme. ) As the Deepspeech's version upgrade frequently, I don't have a plan to keep upgrading version regularly for now. You could create a enhancement issue if you have strong requirement to upgrade the referenced lib version, then I would try upgrading when I have time. Or it's more than welcome if you would like to upgrade and pull request.
