从日志来看，你编译的应该不是cgroup-v2-workaround，可以再确认下。
我不太确定镜像可以控制docker使用的cgroups的版本，这个可能是docker daemon控制的。
btw，因为容器内可能存在资源配额，默认yadcc在容器内不接受任务，可以通过参数override，具体可以参考文档。
