lein new produces buggy project.clj about leiningen

While we're at it, I'd suggest 0.1.0-SNAPSHOT instead of 1.0.0-SNAPSHOT as the default version.

[edit: just to clarify, I mean the user's project version, not the Clojure or contrib versions.]

I expect less typing if it's always pointing to the latest stable version.

Lau: what lein version are you using? It's been using Clojure 1.1.0 since the beginning of the year.

I followed the link from the lein readme and did a self-install prior to running 'lein new'.
