Past date not allowed for starting time? about teammates

Seems i cannot use past 'start date' when i create the evaluation, but i can edit it later to set a past date as the start date.

I would like to have 'now' option or minute-level time setting that allows me to open an evaluation immediately. If not, at least ability to set it to a past time.

Fixed the bug. I will raise an issue for an enhancement - minute level setting and GMT timezone for users not residing in the same timezone. For now, once you go to the Evaluations page, the start time will default to the closest date and hour slot to now.
