This is not directly a bug in TablePress. The problem here is that the available memory to PHP is reaching the limit.
To increase that limit, please follow the instructions at http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP

Note that this will not work on all servers, and that even after increasing the limit, you might experience slowness. The reason is that TablePress is not the best solution for very large tables, as it's usually better to use a custom database solution for those.
