fix: metabolite annotation information about yeast-gem

OK！I have added the general ChEBI ID for some lipids. I also search the YMDB, it seems that the lipid formula is different from yeast7.7. Initial analysis showed that part of these lipid formula exist in HMDB by mapping the metabolites formula. I guess that some reactions in yeast borrowed from human model.

@BenjaSanchez I have update the metabolite information, including the detailed name, charge, keggID and chebiID. You can check it now!

Annotations should be as specific as possible, but when there is no specific match, then the more general ID can be used. I also had a quick look on LIPIDMAPS, seems like they are also not included there (monolysocardiolipins). They do have cardiolipins though: link. On YMDB they also have many lipids.

@hongzhonglu in commit a6bd9a8 several IDs were added, are any remaining to be added at the moment?

@BenjaSanchez we can further update the keggID and ChEBI ID for each metabolites. Last time, we only update the metabolites formula as you only need them.
