Addition of iNFekt to PortableApps.com! about infekt

You have the wrong Idea about live and a own personality !
you have to let the other peoples the free way where the peoples want place the files
like the peoples =>it want, also if it's not works, but the free way is given,

is it not given, it is restrict, it is try to set the way from other, foreign Person(s) (where want determine),
like an other f... Person i don't want it , so it is not free and it is guided, then it is not free.. right or ?

"Installing" installing is a way to => INTEGRATING the Program IN the SYSTEM
"Portable" or " Copying into" or "Place into" => It is not installing, so not integrating in the system, it is only placed in and not integrated !

and there is anyway and makes no matter in which place , it can be in C:\WinNT\System32 or in C:\Programs,
it is only a thing of Security if you placed into the System and only the Admin/Root can work with [strike]use[/strike] it..

thanks a bunch! Based on your comment, could you open a PR or show me how to use the latest template and what the correct folder structure is now?

The version on the website was done in PortableApps Template 3.4, and the icons weren't quite right, and it was missing some folders etc. Made a version for testing and possible future addition to permanent roster of apps.

the bad, portableapps be unable to run if you put the portableapps folder in the "C:\Program Files" or "C:\Program Files (x86)" Folder, because there gives a comment from the portable starter.. .. and it is unnecessary if already gives portable files as native ..

and yes, i don't like "PortableApps" they makes the Users regalementations /regulations or how it names..!
before i use Portableapps, do i use the Portables from the italien Winpenpack.com because there be i am free and it works over smb and with unc-path's .. just for info..

i use infekt in a x64_86 and a x86 folder with an architecture checker/starter where gives the the switches through to the binarys in the folders and start the right binarys

this is more better as some restricted "PortableApps" starter

by the way, therewith can you also make a a portable Thunderbird and Firefox with -profile ./profile too
ans all runs over unc-path's and into the Windows "Program Files" folders if you want..

the the appstartercreator and the other in the same "web"folder is a idea/suggestion from me to the programmers.. i am now ca. 25 years in the net..

I honestly think you might be confused about portableapps... the idea is that you don't have to install them in the %programfiles% folders. They are portable. Free to move. Copy and paste anywhere. Work from a USB stick even. Makes it possible for ussers without admin access i.e. students, use programs without restriction. All free and open source.

Portableapps.com is merely a way to organize and update everything. You don't have to use portableapps. Thank you for your opinion. Please go use the things you enjoy. :)

Portableapps.com is actually updated regularly. I can continue development on that end for you. Sorry about no activity from me lately... been rearranging my whole life. New job, new computers, new outlook. Will be doing things more frequently now.
