This is about half complete. I have JS being parses into XML but I now need to modify the XSLT to merge the two so that the PHP and JS docs share the same logic. Sorry this is taking so long, it's quite fiddly!

This is complete to a minimal standard. We will eventually need a JS guru to go through and improve the comments to include more information about each method and how they should be used. But JSDoc stubs are in, and they are parsing into the correct XML format.
