We are working on it on our fork, it's not complicated to add the relationship.
However, we try to correct all the entities of all bundles Sylius, and we have not yet come to something stable ...

Hey guys, core bundle is under construction and as you see it misses few obvious things. Customer management is our next step. I will be happy to merge a PR with Order -> User relation. ;) @sogos I saw your fork, I see you added some methods to address - that's cool - but I also see you duplicated a lot of methods, why is that?

Hi, In fact, I just repaired the possibility to do doctrine:generate:entities Sylius :) It's Doctrine auto generated code :)

Hi, I just posted very simple PR (issue #23) in coreBundle that create the relation between order and user. It did the trick for me.
