Strange but although I have downgraded
Package operations: 0 installs, 1 update, 0 removals
- Updating swooletw/laravel-swoole (v2.4.0 => v2.3.9): Loading from cache
Generating autoload files
I have the exact same error :/

It looks like a cache problem. The hotfix version v2.4.1 is now released.
