I've disabled said option in my Firefox9.
Requesting the context menu for one of the "related tickets" rows presented me the Firefox native menu - and behind that, the Redmine menu. I don't see how this is "working well".

Without truly knowing what is going on, I guess the option "Disable or replace context menus" will make Firefox ignore the prevented default.

$(document.body).bind('contextmenu', function(e) {
  e.preventDefault(); // prevents native menu from being shown
  // the option "Disable or replace context menus" probably make firefox ignore this
});

I currently do not see a way to capture this. I don't really view this as a bug though. Firefox probably introduced this option, because there were websites that abused the contextmenu event to trick / fool the user or something.

from jquery-contextmenu.
