No output when compiling a directory about cli

Can you try @swc/cli: 0.1.41? Recently there were some changes.

@swc/cli: 0.1.41 does generate index.js when executing swc src -d dist.

@chyzwar, I guess it is Windows. I faced the same issue yesterday with 0.1.42. The root of the issue is that both glob and fast-glob cannot work with the Windows-like paths, and in the code there is a missed slash call for the glob expression. Created PR to fix the issue.

This should now be fixed in latest version of cli.
