action=parse isn't currently supported. I'll have a look at supporting it when I get the time, but I'm not sure when will that be.

There is an alternative way to parse the wiki-text?

Actually, there is. You can use prop=revisions with rvparse:

wiki.CreateTitlesSource(title)
    .Select(p => p.revisions().Where(r => r.parse).Select(r => r.value).FirstOrDefault())
    .ToEnumerable()
    .Single()
