Hi

First, thank you. This was exactly what I was looking for and so far it's bullet proof. I want to send JSON strings as an mqtt message. i.e "1" for on and "0" for off.

It just does't publish a message at all when I try and send this. This is my code:

mqttPublish(MQTT_TOPIC2"/stat", ""1"", 0);

If I remove the quotes and send a plain 1 or 0 I have no issues but of course it isn't JSON compliant.

Any suggestions? Excuse my ignorance if it is something obvious.

I'm working on mac and upload / format / restart ... with this tool:

I'm using the CoolTerm for Mac.

but after restart I get this error too:
NodeMCU 0.9.5 build 20150214 powered by Lua 5.1.4
lua: init.lua:1: not enough memory

Please help me on this.
I also try to format and reupload the files again.
Same error again and again :/

When using the latest (77c3a59), I get a "lua: not enough memory". When using the previous version, it get compiled correctly.

I'm using a ESP8266-01 with NodeMCU 0.9.5 build 20150213.
