Add note to manually restart delayed job when changing code about guard-delayed

I just started to use guard-delayed, but that's the purpose of it, to not have to deal with manually restarting. The default configuration should restart delayed_job everytime a file in app/ changes. That's not working. As also the stop when exiting guard.

Does the maintainer still looks at this repository?

Problem found.

system("export RAILS_ENV=development; script/delayed_job", 'restart')
=> nil

I will fork and fix. Hope it gets merged back some day.
