Use fast enumeration about objectivesugar

Is there a specific reason you'd prefer that?
These methods are intended not to change Apple's behavior, just the syntax.

fast enumeration is faster than enumerate...
there are unneeded arguments (e.g. enumerateObjectsUsingBlock:^(id obj, NSUInteger idx, BOOL *stop))

Block-based enumeration has comparable performance with fast enumeration on iOS.

@viking2009 correct, -enumerateObjectsUsingBlock is noisy and that's why we have -each.
For those that want to use fast enumeration, for (id object in collection) {} is totally fine and understandable.
