I'm working on this. Right now LaTeXTools should fail gracefully if parseTeXlog fails. Let me know if this is not the case---I dont' have test cases handy.

Any news? Do you still get crashes? Also, if you want to test the robust-parse branch, I am implementing an enhanced parsing logic, taking suggestions from many contributors. If I feel it is indeed robust enough, I'll merge it into the main branch.
