I could implement a Preview.app fallback option, when Skim.app is not available. Should I proceed?

I would like that personally as it would remove dependencies and provide better integration with the core OS. Let me know if I can help in any way: test/code.

I've forked the repo and added the Preview.app fallback. Currently it is in the "preview" branch of my fork https://github.com/rsobik/LaTeXTools.
@tiagoboldt I'll be great if you could test if it works for you. I would then send a pull request.
