Have you made sure to add all the proper intents, and enabled Gateway Intents in Developer Portal?
Also; member doesn't have tag.. member.user.tag

I suggest you join Ansons Discord server Code Ring, and post there in the JavaScript channel
Post code using Sourcebin and post links to your code. That makes it a lot easier to help
