stunnel on OSX seems to need version 5.02, brew seems to install 4.56 about streisand

I also had to compile from source in order to get stunned on OSX to work. Maybe we can request a formula update https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew/blob/master/Library/Formula/stunnel.rb. Or better yet submit a pull request.

It seems like getting the Homebrew formula updated so it installs stunnel 5.02 would be the best course of action. I'll look into that, and I will document the dependency for sure if that turns out to be a dead end.
