If we consider that someone downloads a Docker image from DockerHub, specifying the time while building the image doesn't make sense. One option is to add the following command, but it may result in a lengthy command to run a container:
sudo docker run -it --rm --net=host --cap-add=NET_ADMIN --name slips -v $(pwd):/SLI -v /etc/localtime:/etc/localtime:ro stratosphereips/slips:latest

particularly -v /etc/localtime:/etc/localtime:ro

Alternatively, we can modify the Dockerfile to run a command to automatically connect to the internet and obtain the current date and time as soon as the container is launched.
