Related to a user's lifecycle that was console.log'ing ctx.state.user which ctx didn't exist during the transfer so the solution would be to use ctx?.state.user instead or remove the console log.
This relates to #19383 so I'll close this one in favor of that.

is there anything we can do to make the data transfer work? Tried to use on multiple Strapi versions, but each time getting
error: [FATAL] restore failed TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'state') error.
Are there any plans to fix that any time soon?

It's being looked at but we don't know the root cause
