building works with
cmake -DGPU_BACKEND_CUDA=OFF -DGPU_BACKEND_OPENCL=ON -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release -DDISABLE_OPENCL_SPIR=ON -G Ninja .. -DOpenCL_LIBRARY=/opt/rocm-3.9.1/opencl/lib/libOpenCL.so -DOpenCL_INCLUDE_DIR=/opt/rocm-3.9.1/opencl/include
