I believe this issue was discussed somewhere in the forum, since i don't add the Overloading spec (because it's unrealistic in my eyes) to the hose system vehicles i prepared.. it simply won't work with courseplay.
So in order to make it work you need to add that spec yourself.. but it will give you the option back to overload automatically etc.
