Hi @durn2000,
if you parse the source code of the node at line 73 you can find the "computeDepth" boolean variable.
Going to Line 398 you can see that the depth calculation is enabled only if someone subscribed to "depth" or "pointcloud" topics.
Line 407 confirms that if "computeDepth" is false, the driver does not require its calculation.
