The most offensive oauth scope seems to be repo. Looking at the docs, we should not need it.

Unfortunately repo oauth scope is needed to be able to list the user's repositories in manage repositories view. The Github API does not allow even read access to the user's repositories without this scope and they only have read/write version of it.
