JS files within axis about axis

Roots used to ship with pie.htc out of the box, but Jeff noticed that no one was really using it. So he removed it, but left the configuration for it within Axis and made a note on the documentation about it - with a link. That's for now. Perhaps once we're done with getting all of what is currently planned out of the way, we can start working on some JavaScript plugins and include them with Axis (I'm a big fan of the idea as it's just more reason to make people stop using Mockup-Designer Twitter Bootstrap and come here for cleaner HTML instead, heh). But it shouldn't be a priority

I don't want to have any part of axis depend on javascript - it's a css library. If we can figure out a way to have accompanying javascript that will enhance things if people choose to include them, I'm cool with that, but I don't want to add extra deps that weigh things down unless people specifically choose them : )
