Ah interesting, I must say I never would have attempted this myself. I can't imagine what you're actually using this for haha. I think this has to do with TJ's magic gradient mixin, not sure if I would be able to fix it, but I'll look into it sometime this week!

yeah, there's been a little work related to this on nib... maybe we could merge with that

Gradients are now delegated to nib entirely, so I'm going to close this -- if it's still an issue should be opened into nib!
