Extract settings into settings.styl about axis

This already exists. Whenever you generate a roots project, it creates a file called settings.styl in the assets folder.

Yeah I know, that's where I got my copy 😄 I'm using roots-css on a non-roots project, so I had to extract the file by myself, and looking at the code I thought it would be a good idea to get it extracted, as the other files are.

I still don't exactly understand what you're getting at. I don't think it's possible for me to magically teleport the file into any project you are making... the best I can do is include it with roots, if you're using it. Maybe if you fork it and send in a pull request I could better understand?
