This was an issue with how the right aligned navbar menu was positioned. It looks like this happened when updating to Bootstrap 3.3.0.

I've fixed the issue and will push and update up shortly.

Hmm, I am not seeing the issue. There is still an issue with side scrolls with responsive tables, but not with the page all together.

Actually this still happens. But I think this is good - to always have the vertical bar, it doesn't "break" the layout as you load a small content.
