ROADMAP - spellcheck before encryption about unix-notes

Currently the **note_add () ** function has the following line

154 #aspell -c "$notefile"
I decided to add this as a comment whilst I was debugging other features, disabling it for now as I need to add this to **note_edit () ** as well

I also wanted to add some toggle into the 'config' file that was prompted for when you do a notes init but then I thought do I need a toggle function.

This line of thought was getting in the way of the coding I was doing at the time so I just commented it out and created this issue to come back to
