Try to retry to see if it's connection issue and then debug by running the apt-key command manually by hand, ex: http://superuser.com/questions/620765/sudo-apt-key-adv-keyserver-keyserver-ubuntu-com-recv-7f0ceb10-command-return

and exact command according to Ansible debug is:

/usr/bin/apt-key adv --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv 42F3E95A2C4F08279C4960ADD68FA50FEA312927

A bit more reverse-engineering with gpg and connection debugging might help ;)

Heh!! https://github.com/StackStorm/ansible-st2/blob/master/roles/mongodb/tasks/main.yml#L5 should be keyserver: "hkp://keyserver.ubuntu.com:80". I'll push a PR.

It would be nice to include fix like that in a small separated PR rather then in big #65 which is really RHEL-related PR, but It's really good that you found it 👍
