Build infos missing about ont-converter

not sure why because there is a release: https://github.com/sszuev/ont-converter/releases
and it provides the Jar file: https://github.com/sszuev/ont-converter/releases/download/v1.0/ont-converter.jar

Otherwise, it's standard Maven, so it's

mvn clean package from CLI (and indeed Maven needs to be installed)

thank you for the proposition,
but I think, in the world of java, building with maven is a standard, that hardly requires special description,
Sometimes too complete info is worse than insufficient one.
Also, for running you don't need even maven, just only java (jre) - a ready to use jar is attached,

In case you want to close this issue still this year: there is a PR (#3) which should be quite easy to review and to merge or close. :-)
