Assertions about bats

I don't think Bats should include any assertions by default, but please feel free to create and publish your own library of assertions.

@sstephenson would you be up for supporting something like this?

  result="$(echo 2+2 | bc)"

  @expect "2+2 should be 4"
  [ "$result" -eq 4 ]
}

If not, how would one go about adding plugins to bats? Would you be up for integrating the project with pluginhook?
