I upload docs with
cabal haddock --haddock-for-hackage
...which produces a tarball. Then upload it with:
cabal upload -d --publidh $PATH_TO_TARBALL
Also, I think it's because builds themselves are failing, viz.

The builds are failing due to a library version mismatch; cf. #59
